These years developing new design spiral conveyor, the support pipe is aluminum alloy, combine with stainess steel material.

it's advantage is easy operation, assemble cost lower, and can change radian of spiral conveyor chains, more stable for supportage frame. the aluminum alloy made by die mould, on each chain support place, we can easy to assemble and change it's radian, not too much. when chain bottom bearing strip broken, (keep running 24hours, need to replaced after 8-10months, this new design easy to change the bottom strip, wear strip and side support parts.

There are also air cylinder tighten unit for chains, because chain running long time, it will become loose, this tighten unit very useful for spiral conveyor, normally we offer mechnical tighten unit, it will keep working 1-2years, then need to be replaced, air cylinder become another choice, and easy replacement.

Also spiral conveyor chains become two roller supportation, it become easy hold and stable running on aluminum wear strip. with side plate board, spiral conveyor machine become one art unit.
