Spiral conveyor, the main roller, have special technical detail, normal roller can not working on spiral conveyor, because it has radian requirement, call circular measure, different length roller have their own radian data. There are driven roller type spiral conveyor, which have driven power, also suit for this introduction.

1) why some people quoted spiral conveyor too much difference with yours?

Inside the roller shaft, ss304, ss201;
The bearing, carbon steel, ss420, ss440;
The sprocket, carbon steel, pvc, ss201; teenth 10, 12, 14, 16;
The surface, pvc, carbon steel, zinc pleated.
Roller diameter: 50, 60, 89mm.
These different material and size will influence cost easily; most of them did not offer you detail clearly on their drawing with quotation list.
2)How to choose it?
Need you give your product details, size, weight, capacity, we will design roller spiral conveyor width, and design drawing to you firstly. After you confirm, we will offer you 2-3choices on this line.
3)Compair with plastic spiral conveyor, which is better for me?
This decided by workshop condition, this gravity roller conveyor, can work on outside, mainly used for transfering second package item. but can not control speed, because it is controlled by earth gravity.
Plastic spiral conveyor also can work outside, but need one cover, cost higher. advantage is motor driven, speed can be controlled, and transfer top to bottom, both can work.
4) Do you have certificate on it?
We will offer you purchase raw materail certificate, show the materail detail, thickness, coating, gavinized thickness and etc.
5)Payment term: T/T is popular for us. L/C at sight also okay. Other business type, need we discuss separately.
6) Aftersales service--we have our own assemble team for you. two people for office work, collect all feedback from different client, rest three engineers travel different countries. We need your help to offer invitation letter to get Visa; all tickets and assemble cost-hotel, food, these will be discuss together with your contract.
